I initially started this agency for ONE reason. I identified a NEED. I started my insurance career as a claims adjuster, and noticed a reoccurring theme…people didn't understand what they were paying for! I was constantly taking phone calls from folks who thought they were covered, but later learned they were not. People who said their agents sold them a policy, but hadn't spoken to their agent for years. I couldn't believe it!

What I noticed was this…"an aging agent force who seemed like they just quit working for their clients. Insurance agents that seemed to be spending most of the time at the golf course!"
